Return Address
Items must be sent directly to the Dr.Melaxin warehouse by the customer.

Refund Request Period
Refunds must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

Product Limit
A maximum of one product per individual is eligible for a 100% refund.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at cs@drmellaxin.shop.
All exchanges and returns must be approved by the Dr.Melaxin Customer Center and changed requests can be rejected without prior notice. If the parcel is unclaimed and returned, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost. Dr.Melaxin is not responsible for unclaimed parcels.

Orders are normally shipped out within 5-7 business days from the order date. Please note that there could be a delay of 1-2 days depending on the volume of orders.

Shipping to P.O. Box addresses is not supported at the moment.

Shipping to APO, FPO and AE addresses is not supported at the moment.

Once the delivery begins, you can track the process via email with a tracking number.
